He wasn't "innocent" was he?

He failed to pay for his tube ticket and refused to stop when the Police told him to. He therefore committed two crimes before being shot.

He might not have deserved to be killed but given the circumstances he brought it on himself.

At least potential suicide bombers now know they are up against a police force which won?t take any prisoners.
