With Martin (from what little i know) he comes from a small town, and is hailed a success by all that know him. That's the kind of thing that will naturally go to the head of a young, confident footballer (as they have to be to suceed).
Too much of that and he thinks he's done it already, in which case he'll fail here.
Wether GR et al can get that out of him, i dunno. IF not send him out on loan to realise how much he has to do before its too late.
Otherwise, he'll get his kick up the arse from being released and dropping down the leagues, as Curo did.
