shoot later police policy towards suicide bombers. I ask you this. Imagine you were a passenger aboard that train in that carriage where the Brazilian guy ran onto whilst being pursued by armed Police officers. If you were there at that very moment that he burst on to the train and he was a couple of feet away in front of you do you honestly beleive that you would have preffered the police to start questioning him and searching him when he is right in front of you and ignoring Police requests to stop?
