Did we improce though

I felt we were piss poor against all 3 teams in the groups and lost to Romania as they were the best team in the group.

I never understood why Hoddle and then others spouted that they thought if they had got past Argentia that they would have gone on and won it.

Right, so we beat the argies and then next up was Holland, then Brazil, then France. Like we would ever have beaten them one after another.

But its easy to say and deflects criticism doesnt it.
