English football both internationally and domestically

is virtually stone dead.

No competition domestically. Not enough players internationally because of the number of foreigners.

Can't blame Wenger if he says the English players aren't good enough, but having none in the league leaders' team is a complete farce.

There is something seriously wrong with our youth coaching in this country - and I mean right from age 7 and 8 upwards. WHY can't English footballers look after the ball? Because aged 8 they're to "GET STUCK IN MY SON". We breed athletes, not footballers.

And until it changes we'll always be s**t.
