I'm afraid I can't agree

I don't wish to get into an argument with you, however, I think it's completely unreasonable to shoot somebody purely on circumstance. I don't understand why this man, if thought to be a bomber was not dealt with earlier, it isn;t as if all bombing masterminds would meet up beforehand to discuss strategy. A young bloke has been shot because of bad surveillance and bad tactics.
