I agree with you on this point (finally we agree on something!)

No one but Cureton himself will know whether he's motivated enough to look after himself and prolong his career. There's no denying he was outstanding for Colchester last season, but this season he is in a team which doesn't play to his strengths... at the moment. That's not to say Roeder can't change things, but the problem is the inbalance in midfield which is far too defensively minded, and not that good to boot.
