To be fair

I feel just as pissed off with this situation as we all do. This club should NEVER be staring relegation from the Championship in the face, not given the position we were in when relegated from the Premiership. We had money to spend and NW spent it as he saw fit. I don't necessarily think he got the right players in for a Prem campaign but the one who secured us that deserved a chance.

But Grant was completely the wrong choice in that he was too much like Worthington. We clearly need a tactical genius who can draw the best from the players he's got and with the connexions/nous to beg, steal or borrow decent ones to help us up. I think we've got that man in Roeder now, and demonstrations would be futile. Let the bloke turn it around himself, give him a chance...
