Hi! New canary on the board!

Well I've been reading WOTB for a while and finally decided to 'jump in' and post. I'm an exile in Bucks but still get to most home games. What do people think of Roeder's appointment? I think he'll do OK. He recognises what's wrong (ie. the players we have aren't up to it!) and knows what he needs to do. It will be interesting to see who he brings in over the next couple of weeks.
