Jimmy Page had the right to use the name The Yardbirds when the band split up, and when he put together Led Zepp they did play a couple of gigs under the name The New Yardbirds, but he was the only one that was in both Led Zepp and The Yardbirds (though John Paul Jones may have appeared on some Yardbird recordings while he was working as a session musician, but i'm not sure about that)
