in terms of average attendance

inter and milan usually have fairly similar attendances but Juventus are very small in comparison - when they won the league last year they averaged about the same as Norwich! They also regularly get less than 12,000 for champions league games. Milan were traditionally the working class club of northern Italy, but now it has changed somewhat and Inter represent the working class more nowdays - hence the large attendances.
