Nice to see a lot of passion from Roeder today btw

Great way to fire the fans up too.

Clenched fist before the game, kicking bottles over in frustration when we conceded, ecstatic when we scored, I like that in a guy.

His performance on the sidelines today was almost O'Neillesque.

Roeder is growing on me more and more every day.

I like the guy, like what he's said already regarding our youth set up etc, and believe with him that maybe players like Martin are gonna be played if they play well, not pretty much ignored after doing so well last season.

I think his man management looks promising, such as praising up Hucks before this game, saying he can be the man to turn it around for us, clever mind games given Hucks' criticism to the press on a weekly basis recently, and just generally everything he's doing I can't fault in ANY way shape or form.

Please let things continue like this, I don't wanna falsely believe we've turned a corner again!
