Carrow Road is no more likely to be redeveloped into housing than Portman road is an adventure playground, but I agree it could be possible, however remote. Dress it up how you like, but an asset is exactly what it says on the tin...an asset. I believe the phrase which includes straws and clutching at is pertinent here...
