the key point is...
Flem can very probably still do a good job, but the Doc can too and as he is younger it makes more sense surely to pick him. If Flem was better than the Doc then I'd opt for him, but I saw nothing last year to suggest he is so I'd go with the player who to a greater degree represents the future.
