I'd prefer Chadwick to Croft
He can at least put a tackle in. Croft never achieves anything attacking-wise and can't tackle either. We've already got Hucks in midfield who can't tackle so we can't afford Croft too. I've seen enough games recently where we can't get the ball off Ipswich, and playing Croft + Hucks + 2 strikers is screaming for it to happen again (especially as one of the two 'proper' midfielders - Smith - is a pretty attacking one)
