Having a manager who played in defence with some style his priority is obvious. Huckerby seems to be the fall guy, he played Defoe as a lone strker at West Ham, i think there will be some interesting short term team selections ahead to reverse results. At least he is not the sort of guy who will slag his players off to the press, he will expect the same loyalty from the players.Kevin Bond as assisitant?
