under Chase we:

were promoted from this league and stayed up
reached 2 FA Cup semi finals
finished 5th in the top flight
finished 4th in the top flight
finished 3rd in the top flight
qualified for Europe

under Chase our debt was roughly a third of its current level despite building 2 new stands

and when Chase went into property speculation it got us relegated to the second division, whereas Delia is getting us into the third division

Now I'm not saying that Chase wasn't a disaster but there have been a lot of big "mistakes" under Delia - notably the board's obsession with pies and property to the exclusion of all else, and their penchant for cronyism. Couldn't accuse Chase of that - because he didn't have any mates.
