A few months seeing how people live in the real world would probably give underachievers like Jarvis and Henderson the kick up the backside they need.

Both players appear to me to be in a comfort zone and need a jolt to get them started again.

At the ages they are, they should be knocking on the first team door by now, so they're either not good enough or not working hard enough.
