What a s**t day
As always we get our noses in front. Hopes raised. Then we go and cock it up in spectacular style with a pathetic demonstration of batting.
As long as we fend and scratch around on the back foot, McGrath and Lee will continue to skittle us out.
It's not over, but on a supposed great batting wicket, 17 wickets fall on the first day. The cracks won't have a chance to open up and the ball start to get some un-even bouince at this rate.
After all the hype, what a totally bizarre day at Lords.
