No, of course Jordan shouldn't leave Palace, or the Bolton chairmen leave. Nor should Spurs lose thier board. None of these clubs have been sinking continuously for the last 3 seasons off the back of a run of very poor decision making. No one wanted Worthy or Delia out when we went down in the Prem, and rightly so (well okay some probably did, but most didn't).
