Any manager worth his salt will insist on his team being ruthless. If you're on top like we were, you grind the bastards into the dirt. You don't f**k around, take it easy, and have a bit of a laugh, because that lack of focus and mental fortitude is what loses you games later on.
And yes, I have heard many other managers bemoan the same things after similar wins.
