it would certainly explain Steve in Holland. They only targeted selected parts of the city and he went to school at South Harford, which I reckon would definitely have been on the hit list (in fact the school probably had a bl**dy great target painted on the roof). Of course he was a bit late for the tests but the effects of the chemicals probably lingered in the area for years
