About 5 years ago when it was on BBC2 at stupid hours..

I really disliked it and would switch over immediately.
Then a while back I thought I would give it a chance, started buying the boxsets and I haven't stopped since!

Series 3 onwards is when it picks up, but it's worth watching the first couple of series first to see the characters develop.

It's good stuff, give it another go!
