i think its a bit more than a manager we need

lappin and jarvis last few games have been a disgrace.jarvis is young and learning that is not what we need right now. russell is often doing 2 players work.WE WILL NEED NEW PLAYERS AND O YES A MANAGER. would you want to manage that shower?
