One thing that I think sums up the mess that the club is in:

Having had the intrnational fortnight to get a new manager in and to get him working with the players the club doesn't appoint anyone and instead leaves a temp manager (one who won't get the job in a million years) who is f'ing clueless for a fortnight to continue the traditions of the ex-manager.

Not saying we should have rushed nito anything but I can't see any reason why a new gaffer wasn't appointed in the week following Grant leaving.
