Has anyone considered that the manager could be irrelevant?
Football players are typically thick c**ts who were arseholes at school, didn't give a toss about authority and quite happily bunked off lessons to have a kickaround.
They're bone idle t**ts who enjoy kicking a ball around at the end of the day.
You could probably draw them a picture of a house and convince them it's a tree, so what's the point of tactics?
Just get 10 players who are good at kicking a ball around and put them on a pitch, and get some big old basketball player in goal and we're onto a winner.
