I had the same reaction when reading Ferret's piece - equally though, I knew the Coleman info was accurate, so it's hardly a problem if Ferret has good journalistic contacts too, is it? Trust me, loads of journos heard the same thing on Tuesday: Ferret using it for his article just further verifies it, really.

In the absolute best case scenario, we could be looking at Coleman to Bolton, Jewell to Norwich. Equally though, it all comes down to the Turners: I'm sure the uncertainty over their intentions is what's stalled the process so far, and now, they're going to have to make their position clear. Watch this space - though I'd be pretty surprised if we still haven't made an appointment by, say, the middle of next week.

PS. Worst case scenario? Duffy. They wouldn't, would they...?
