Yes the railway station...
...in the car park if you stand with your back to the railway building there is a bus stand to your right. Most 25 buses are double decker so are easy to spot. The bus goes through the city and then out to UEA, because it's a busy route it could take as much as an hour at a guess. When you get on the bus ask for UEA, it will stop in the university and you have to get off and follow the road round in the direction the bus is facing, and you will see sportspark on your right.
You could get a taxi but that would be a lot more expensive.
