I would select new manager using the following selection method
Fly them out to the Australian outback and dump them in the jungle where all they have to live on is dingo testicles and their own piss. Give them a succession of idiotic tasks to perform to gain the added treat of one murray mint each per day. Then allow Wrathers to vote one off per day. Last man standing gets the job and the added bonus of beheading Ant and Dec with a machete.
