What phone? THat happened with my ols Sony P800's default browser ...
... so I installed Opera, which does support frames, and that sorted it out.
I'd imagine there's any number of alternative broswers available, depending on your phone's OS: it might be a case of finding one (free, or, ahem, cracked) abd installing it.
