The next victim. Please NCFC....
Don't go down the 'Old NCFC player is best route'. Grant, Megson and Deehan are all good examples of why it never works. Too much pressure. So forget about that washed up old Judas Steve Bruce. Just for once, show a bit of ambition and chuck a big wad of cash under Paul Jewell's nose. You never know. And before people start replying with "He'd never come here. He's waiting for a Premier Club", I'm not so sure. He's never managed or played for a 'big' club and isn't exactly a big name manager either. I can't see many Tottenham fans being impressed with such a low profile manager if/when they ditch Jol. And compared to Wigan WE are a big club. Throw in the fact that he's unemployed at the moment so no compo is payable and he becomes well worth pursuing. The perfect scenario except that our gutless board will probably go down the cheap route again and appoint a Crook/Bowen/Dublin/Fleck or (heaven forbid) Gunn! Prepare to have the same discussion again in 12 months time unless Delia and her clueless cronies do the decent thing and step down.
