The average person
carries around approximately 2kg of dead matter in dead cells with them every day, even though you lose billions of these dead cells every 24 hours. All of your cells are effectively changed out within 9 years. So, nine years from today, not one of the cells you have now will still be present. (Excepting your brain cells, and it is estimated that you lose about 500 of them an hour).
