It is a good article but it doesn't go far enough.

It still points at Peter Grant whereas the same question needs to be asked of Delia. It takes more than money and some passion to be the CEO of a company. You have to surround yourself with competent people and not friends who you like and will support you whatever the weather is outside. CEO's need the harsh reality and the honest truth. I doubt if she is getting that from MWJ and others.
