Not necessarily easy to do your best
when morale is down due to shocking management. You only need to look at where I work to see that, expanded too quickly, in financial s**t, partners have stopped paying for staff training...and the general consensus is let's all f**k off and look for something else. The thing is we do have some good players and it would be bad if we lost them just because of what's happening from the top down.
