We don't have to sack Grant..
We need to bring someone in as a new manager, make him first team coach and get rid of Duffy.
As much as I hate the situation that we find ourselves in, I can't help but like Peter Grant and totally believe him when he says that he can't work any harder. But sometimes your best just is not good enough.
I vote for Martin Allen.
