There is only one way to go
And it's the way they should have gone 12 months back. The Championship is an average division, you don't actually need to spend big to challenge, what we needed was a manager proven to get results on a small budget.
If we had to go for someone already in a job then Steve Cotterill would be a great appointment, for those out of a job at the moment I'd go for Martin Allen.
Either way it is no surprise we've barely looked liked scoring, even in the games we've won we've had a helping hand.
When I look at games like last night and see a ground with gaping holes in the terraces and see ours packed week in week out then I know the potential is there, it just needs people in charge with the vision and not just a dream that one day it might happen again by a stroke of luck.
