Yes, Grant has to go. His tactics are absolutely shocking. I know Chris Martin didn't play well tonight, but the service and scraps he was getting were simply non-existent.
Lappin is as slow as a handicapped snail. Russell looks clueless. Jarvis was awful. Hucks wasn't remotely interested and played out of position for an hour. Otsenbor has no positional sense. Shackell is useless and hasn't progressed at all in the last couple of years. Dublin and Marshall are good. Woohoo.

I am horrified to see our club collapse and play with so little passion and cohesion. Grant clearly hasn't worked and i'm sad in a way, because i'm sure he works hard and all that, but the players simply don't respond to him. The signings he has made have been truly wretched, but the attitude of the players hasn't helped either. I'm sick and tired of hearing them utter the lines we know that we are good enough to turn this around. The fact is that they aren't good enough.

So we have a hopeless manager with some very inept players. Good luck to whoever may take the job. We are in disarray and it's embarrassing.
