is possibly the most positive thing to come out that thread - we NEED people to motivate our squad

Francis - say no more
Safri - quiet
Ashton - potential leader but not yet
Flem - leader (but not in the Malky mould)
Shacks - potential
Drury - not quite there
Doc - potential captain, but needs to get in the side first
Greeno - grumpy fecker

and the man he replaced, Holt - yes he may sound like he is an exact replica, but with influence over the others. Holt gave 110%, but nobody can say he was massively well liked (extract from Iwan's book anyone? Apparently he used to be a loner, ducking out of socials at the last minute with feeble excuses)
