I do have sympathy with Grant but.....

the board really do have to take alot of the blame. In an interview, passion is all very well but no suceed you need more than that, managerial experience. I'm afraid the inevitable will happen and Grant will go be it tommorow or later on in the week. I really don't think there's any other result.
