Injuries

With the amount of injuries people are getting, does anyone think some of the players are calling in sick because they don't actually have that much desire to play right now? I don't recall having that many injuries when we had smaller squads and were playing well in the top flight. Now it seems as though everyone is crying off. Broken metatarsals fine, but all these groin strains and runny noses are pissing me off.
