Yes.
I actually believe that Grant will turn out to be a decent manager, but the board has to react to the situation. If Grant goes - I also think that the board should resign. They have consistently made wrong decisions - first by letting Worthington keep his job too long - then by appointing an unmerited manager (which always was going to be a big risk).
