Look in your profile folder...

C:Documents and Settings\Application DataMozillaFirefoxProfilesdefault

bookmarks.html is the master copy. bookmarks.bak is the backup. I'd try opening the master first (double click, Ff should open it) if it's corrupted and your bookmarks are missing, delete it and rename bookmarks.bak to bookmarks.html. If bookmarks.bak is corrupted too, you're screwed, I'm afraid.
