I have in front of me the 2004 edition of the Judicial Studies Board handbook for PC language for Judges (this is a real book, it exists to stop Judges saying dreadful things in Court and starting a tabloid hoo-ha). Here are your starters for ten; all these are genuine examples drawn from the book.
