half years contract for somone with no prior management experience. It does make you wonder if the backgroom staff ie HR etc don't have a clue, or the only way we could lure......somone to the job ( even with no experience) is to offer a long term contract. I've got my thoughts on Grant. What worries me more though is...........When/ If the job is advertised, I can't really see the cream / elite of the UK managers lining up outside the entrance to carrow road. So before we hang him out to dry, then maybe we should take a look at who would REALLY be happy to come here. Or it could be a case of out of the frying pan and into the fire.
