OK, lets get real here.

Lets assume we dont have any money to bring in players/loans.

Like most people Im not exactly convinced by Grant but I actually think he has done well in the transfer market.

If we sack PG, I am assuming we would sack Duffy as well. (maybe Gunn as well?)
Thats a lot of cash when we dont have much.
Plus we would have to pay for the replacement manager/ass. manager. ect.

I actually think we have a good squad of players who should be able to compete at this level.

I am guessing if every manager in the champs was asked if they would swap their current squad for the Norwich squad MORE than half would do it.

My feeling is we are screaming out for a quality first team coach.

This should be our no 1 priority before we bring in any new players or loans.

Lets do what just about every club in this division does and just use the players we have and stop whining about the money.
Para payments are gone, we have to play younger players and get players from the lower divisions.
