This would be the Neil Doncaster whose career highlights include:

Spending moneys that we had not yet received so that the club had to launch as share issue to stop from going under

Despite being Chief Executive he did not know how the club's biggest construction project since the building of Carrow Road itself was to be financed

Allowed the club to run out of cash in January 2006

Negotiated the Earnshaw and Etuhu opt-outs, not to mention the Worthington contract which initially meant the manager was unsackable in the Winter of 2005/06 and subsequently led to a failed employee strolling off with £600,000 of our money.

No need to keep a close eye on his performance then.
