worst team since hamilton era. is it grants fault? on paper we have a strong squad but they are just not performing. i think maybe grant should be given a chance. maybe 3 or 4 more games. if still the same then he must go. he did well at west ham as coach. we are still only 10 points off leaders. if we are in this position at xmas then i would be happy to be 10 points behind leaders. anyone who thinks we are going back to the premiership is dillusional
