do you just ignore the fact that he cannot organise a football team? It doesn't matter how long you give him for it to 'bed down'. We have seen quite clearly that he cannot do it!

As someone else said below, the Board bought his passionate gobbledygook at interview, we were all caught up by it for a while but now, sadly, he is being found out.

You don't hear Steve Coppell banging on about passion do you? He doesn't stand at the side of the pitch waving his arms about, does he? That's because he is a manager. He can motivate players in a quiet, sensible way. That's about as far removed as I can imagine from our man. I don't call him a manager because he isn't.
