since rioch i dont think we have appointed a proven manager

which is odd as we must be attrctive to experienced managers, what with the facilities and the 25,000 bums on seats. i think the next appointment has to be experienced. afterall we cannot spend a couple of seasons waiting for someone to waste 2 seasons "learning the trade".
ps
at least with worthy you could see that in the first three seasons we were making progress. i think now we have spent alot of money going nowhere. shame because i thin k grunt is a genuine guy.
