This was my point the other day. This is NOT the worst team we've had years.

Individually, we have some very good players. However, the sum of the parts is not working.

Now, I don't particularly want a change of manager (see last week Himsworth), but I just cannot see things improving in the near term.

I've no idea what the answer is.
